Improvement of this project:
Reduce hardware complexity by replacing conventional compressors with a majority gate-based full adder and 4:2 compressors, minimizing the number of transistors and logic gates.
Lower dynamic and static power consumption through efficient logic simplification and truncated multiplier design.
Improve error resilience in approximate multiplication by analyzing and balancing accuracy vs. hardware savings across multiple compressor architectures.
Optimize FPGA resource utilization, particularly LUTs and flip-flops, by designing a compact and scalable multiplier structure.
Provide a fair and detailed performance comparison between proposed and existing designs (ACMLC and CAC) under uniform synthesis conditions using Vivado on the Zynq ZC702 platform.
