In this gadgets application of source of clock generation is a main priority one in today technology, such as wireless sensor nodes, Implantable Biomedical devices and Wearable Health monitoring systems. To realize an on-chip reference clock with phase noise and temperature stability are important performance indexes. This proposed relaxation oscillator is design in Tanner EDA tool at 45nm CMOS Technology under 0.6-V. The measured average of oscillation frequency with and without compensation are 125 MHz respectively. Finally hence proved the efficiency of all these parameters compared with existing 180 um relaxation oscillator.
